I generally order online as I live in North Dakota, the process has been easy. When I had a question, I called and was immediately assisted. The Victorian Romance was absolutely beautiful. My mom sent me pictures of them, and she stated, "They are gorgeous" and she is right they were! I am still waiting to meet Eric! and love supporting a small business!
